Made one batch at a time the old fashion way, we use produce raised on our property or purchased from local small farmers like ourselves. Only fresh fruit and vegetables, pure cane sugar, white vinegar and spices go into our products. No corn syrup or fillers, artificial flavoring, artificial colors or preservatives. Jellies do contain pectin.
